XRP News: Ripple’s native token, XRP is proving to be whales’ most favored digital asset during the crypto winter. XRP price is down 12% in the past 30 days. However, this price movement has motivated the crypto whales to move more XRP tokens.
Whale Adds XRP Price Dip?
According to WhaleAlert data, crypto whales have moved 385 million XRP tokens (about $131 million) in multiple transactions in the past 24 hours. however, the single largest transaction recorded by the tracker is moving more than 280 million XRP (about $95.4 million).
A crypto whale bought about 35.1 million XRP tokens during the recent price drop. The unknown whale added $11.8 million worth of XRP from crypto exchange Bitso.
Meanwhile, several whales dumped 70 million XRPs (about $25.6 million) on various crypto exchanges. A crypto whale dumped $11.8 million in XRP on Bitso. While other whales dropped $10.1 million in XRP on Bitstamp.

The price of XRP is down about 3% in the past 24 hours. It is trading at an average price of $0.335 at the time of writing. It has a trading volume of over $708 million. While XRP has a total market cap of around $17 billion, despite a lawsuit from the US SEC.
