Azteco is making big moves. His vouchers are now available at 600,000 new locations in Nigeria, 6,000 in Canada, and 28,000 in the UK. Their system was already one of the most accessible ways to buy bitcoins, and now, in those countries, Azteco is basically everywhere. Better yet, customers do not need to provide bank or credit card details.

“Go to your local store and buy a recharge coupon like the ones you are used to. Enter your Voucher number to redeem”, buying bitcoin with Azteco is like adding credit to your cell phone. “There is nothing to learn or understand; it just WORKS,” the company tweeted. However, if you need a more detailed game plan, here you have it:
Fill out the form here.
Receive an email with a barcode.
Go to a payment point or other location as instructed.
Show the barcode and pay.
Receive your coupon instantly by email.
However, the headline here is the number of locations Azteco recently added.
600,000 cash pickup locations in Nigeria
Recently, one of the main topics in bitcoin is the adoption in the African country. “Nigeria is the second leading country in Bitcoin adoption, and Nigerians now have access to Azteco through 600,000 Cash-In locations. We expect an explosion in acceptance.” Since the process is identical to acquiring telephone credit, people already know how to do everything necessary.
We look forward to this acceptance because Azteco is the simplest method of buying Bitcoin on the market, identical in process to what everyone on the African continent is used to adding airtime to mobile phones. There is nothing to learn or understand; it just WORKS.

Conclusions and Solutions
In today’s world, governments have shown that they would go after the finances of entire populations just because they disagree with their policies. A solution like Azteco is welcomed with open arms. Not exactly KYC free, but close enough.

“Azteco does not have user accounts, just like Pay As You Go SIM cards. It is “disposable Bitcoin” for small amounts”, states the company. And residents of Nigeria, Canada and the UK are now available in the physical places they usually go. They can pay their electricity bill, reimburse their phone, and get some bitcoin without breaking a sweat.
Will this affect the market in any way? Not likely. Retail buyers are only a small percentage and, as stated, Azteco is for small quantities. Will this benefit everyday bitcoin users in those countries? Absolutely.
