Cryptocurrency plays a vital role in the ongoing war crisis between Russia and Ukraine. Ukraine has raised millions of dollars in donations in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Polkadot (DOT). The world’s largest meme coin DOGE is the latest addition to the list of coins in which Ukraine will receive donations.
Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, has announced that they are now accepting donations in DOGE coins. While he also said that Dogecoin has now surpassed the Russian ruble in value.

Earlier, the Ukrainian government hinted that it plans to expand the list of accepted coins as a donation to bolster its defenses against Russia.
