According Kobeissi’s letter, “news that the debt ceiling deal was reached ‘in principle’ last night” as Bitcoin topped $28,000. They go on to explain: “It is rumored that the debt ceiling will not increase by a specified amount, and the debt ceiling will remain uncapped until January 1, 2025.”
